Acro Capsule Hotel Namba Dotonbori offers a very clean and organized environment, with comfortable pods that have a screen for privacy rather than a curtain. The hotel's proximity to a major transit station and numerous Dotonbori food shops makes it an excellent choice for travelers. The staff were exceptionally helpful in arranging key access during my delayed flight, and I appreciated the respect for the noise curfew in the busy lobby area.

The pillows were uncomfortably firm.

I loved my stay here as it’s just a short walk to both the vibrant Dotonbori area and the serene Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street, making my city explorations so easy and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, which added to my comfort as I navigated this bustling part of Osaka.

The shower facilities were exceptional, and the communal lounge area was a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. I loved the sense of security on separate floors for men and women.

Additionally, I found the mattress uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality during my 2-night stay.

I loved how clean and shiny everything was, feels like they just opened, wow! The lockers were big enough to store my backpack which made moving around easy, I didn’t have to drag my stuff everywhere!
